Please allow 1-2 business days for us to carefully prepare your order for shipment. During peak holiday season, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes

We offer two convenient shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS
    • Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment

Please Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary during holiday periods or due to circumstances beyond our control. International shipments may be subject to customs delays.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Christmas purchases. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help!

Return Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of items.

Condition of Returns

All returned items must be in original condition – unused, unopened, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the health and safety of all our customers, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Christmas Flowers & Greenery: Due to the perishable nature of floral arrangements and greenery
  • Christmas Lights: For safety reasons, once opened and used
  • Digital Wall Art Prints & Posters: Once downloaded or accessed
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

Return Process

Follow these simple steps to return or exchange an item:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return.
  2. Wait for Authorization: We will respond within 2 business days with a Return Authorization Number and instructions.
  3. Pack Your Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging including all accessories and documentation.
  4. Ship Your Return: Mail the package to our address (provided in your return authorization email). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the item until it reaches us.

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.)
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrect items

Exchange Process

For exchanges, follow the same return process above. Once we receive your returned item, we will ship your replacement product.

  • If the exchange item is of higher value, you will be charged the difference
  • If it’s of lower value, we will refund the difference
